30-Day Full Refund Guarantee

If you are not happy with your Wacky World Mail letters, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first delivery. Refunds are not automatic with cancellations, but are always available upon request. You may keep any letters already delivered.

After 30 Days

After 30 days, all payments already collected for both Monthly and Prepaid Plans are non-refundable. Any remaining letters that have been paid for will continue to be mailed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
