Cancellation policy

By placing an order with Wacky World Mail, you agree to the following terms.

One-Time Orders

One-time orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as the order has not entered processing or shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, all one-time orders are covered by our 30 day satisfaction refund policy after delivery.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically based on the plan selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account before your next billing date. Cancellations apply to future shipments only. Any shipment that has already been billed or prepared for mailing cannot be canceled. Each shipped kit is covered by our 30 day satisfaction refund policy after delivery.

Prepaid Plans

Prepaid subscription plans are billed in full at the time of purchase. These plans may be canceled at any time to stop future renewals. Unused portions of a prepaid plan may be eligible for a refund under our 30 day satisfaction refund policy if requested within 30 days of delivery of the most recent shipment.

Order Changes

Address changes and plan changes must be submitted before your order enters processing..
